Overview


Resource Capital Partners (Resource) is a real estate investment management and advisory company established in 2009, acting on behalf of institutional and private investors. Investors are mainly from Europe and the company purchases buildings in France and Spain where it benefits from on the ground resources able to source, structure and manage the investments. Our focus is commercial real estate (office, retail, hotels and logistics) and main markets are Paris, Madrid and Barcelona.

We are able to access our principal investment network to further assist our clients in their best interest. Our permanent goal is to secure preeminent investment opportunities and generate risk-adjusted returns for our investors and clients.

Team members have diverse and complementary backgrounds, with experience gained at leading global firms. Each executive has extensive transactional history across a broad range of real estate asset types and geographies.
