RESOURCE acts on a limited number of markets for which it has substantial knowledge and a true sourcing capacity. Our knowledge of these markets is an essential factor that enables us to better identify acquisition opportunities that correspond to the investment criteria of our investors. Other countries in Europe are being considered on a case by case approach, in most cases with local partners.
