The development company Albu Vastgoed has successfully sold its budget lifestylehotel development at Eindhoven Airport, Flight Forum, to an institutional client of Resource Capital Partners (a european asset manager for French and Spanishinstitutional investors).

The hotel will open with 180 rooms in Q4 2019 and will be operated as a Holiday InnHotel on a 25 year lease.

Due to the growing number of visitors and the limited growth of hotel developments,hotel experts expect that room occupancy and rates will keep increasing in the years tocome. This is positive for hotel turnover, whichmakes the hotel sector very appealing in the Netherlands.
