Stéphane Corneille


Managing Director


Stéphane has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Stéphane was Head of the Spanish Office at LaSalle Investment Management from 2004 to 2009, originating and executing c. €600m of investments in commercial real estate (office, retail and logistics). 

80% of these investments have been done until 2005 (value-added and opportunistic deals done until 2004). Prior to opening the Spanish branch for LaSalle, Stéphane was based in Paris and has been doing acquisitions in France from 2000 to 2004 for different vehicles managed by LaSalle. 

Prior to this he was Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen where he spent three years within the real estate audit and consulting department, completing transactions and participating in various portfolios appraisals in France and Spain. 

He worked also at Procos and GVA Alban Cooper at the beginning of his career. Stéphane holds a Master Degree in Real Estate from ESSEC Business School, a Master degree in Town Planning, a Master degree in History, and he is a member of Urban Land Institute.

Ignacio Uriarte


Director

Ignacio has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ignacio was Manager at Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Real Estate where he spent six years within the real estate audit and consulting department, completing portfolios appraisals and transactions in offices, retail and hotel markets and participating in corporate real estate strategic plans of major companies such as Telefónica. 

Ignacio was also Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle Spain, originating and executing various transactions in commercial real estate (office, retail and logistics). 

He worked for also at ATIS REAL Spain as Director of Corporate and Appraisals, providing real estate services to international occupiers based in Spain. 

Ignacio holds a Business & Laws BA from CEU-Complutense University and a Real Estate Corporate Finance Master Degree from INSEAD.

Carmen Maria Gomez Rubio


Assistant

Carmen Maria has 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Carmen worked previously in a real estate development company (Aldaes) where she was in charge of leasing management, negotiating and drafting lease contracts and managing tenants relationships. She managed also third parties such as local brokers, technical advisors, contractors, and was in charge of the day to day operations vis-à-vis the administration and local authorities. 

Prior to this she worked at GS Casa and Herrera Abogados where she was in charge of negotiating and drafting lease contracts. 

She holds a BA degree in Law from Complutense University.
